My friend has mood swing and smokes in order to calm his nerves. I was wondering if you could use an anchor to make him calm, like when he smokes, when he gets mad. Also could you do this to yourself? |

Yessir, they're called swish patterns. You switch the submodalities and link them to new associations. Introducton to NLP is a great book. |
