If you're mirroring someone's breath you're focusing on the wrong thing. It is NOT important to mirror at all actually. That was recommended (not even taught, just recommended) WAY back in the old model of Speed Seduction, but now, Ross doesn't really even mention it. Also, anchoring isn't emphasized as much as it used to be. Now, your voice tonality can be used an anchor which makes it easy because you should use a different tonality anyways when you are doing hypnotic patterning. So, in effect, you are killing two birds with one stone; you're anchoring and you're putting her in state with JUST your tonality.
The newest model of Speed Seduction focuses on getting her talking more by using seduction questions (which also get you rapport), playing fun games or quizzes, using descriptions (traditional canned patterns), and fractionating.
As far as mirroring, if you want to learn about that get Tom and Kim's NLP videos because they can tell you cool concepts about mirroring such as when someone does a gesture you can delay the amount of time before you mirror them and you don't have to do their gesture with as much intensity as they do. One really important, powerful technique is mirroring back their trance words and what they do RIGHT BEFORE they access a deeper level of their mind. For example, if you ask a girl a seduction question and she goes inside to access the answer, right before she answers, she might do a gesture (whether it be a facial expression, her face flushes, she looks up, she touches her chest, whatever!), when she does do that, MIRROR IT BACK! That type of mirroring is emphasized moreso than mirroring just for the purpose of rapport.
