ok i discovered this a while ago long before I join the pua Comunity
what you need is a rubber band put the band on your wrist now when you are gameing every time to don`t game a girl you like pull back the band a let go you will feel a little pain (not enough you serously hurt yourself) do this for a week. how this works is simple nlp your emoinal memory will asoeate AA with pain. and you resonpose will be to open because if you don`t there will be a punishment

Curious concept. I know this can work for breaking other habits like smoking supposively. However most people fear opening because of the pain induced by being rejected. Of course, as you know the fear of pain can be a huge motivator. Hmmm rubber band or rejected by a girl? A lot of guys on here would take the rubber band.

Have you or someone you know used this technique to learn how to approach better? Just like breaking most any other habit it takes will power and a desire to break it.

i a working on this concpet now i think as well for every opener you do you can reward yourself as maybe for every opener to may could play 30 seconds of your favrote song so AA = pain opening =reward

rather anchor yourself when in state. (ie. when youre feeling on top of the world after your first approach). Then every time you go out, bring that feeling/state back by triggering it with what ever you initially anchored it with. EXTREMELY powerful.
