Yeah that's an excellent point, I noticed that too. What I've done is just to use less verbal game and work the non-verbal dimensions of NLP. But in terms of SS I haven't found a solution...I actually remember when I first realised this I was in town and this chick in a 3-set was point at (or around) me. I walked about 50 feet over to them and opened them, went straight into some SS, then it occurred to me that they couldn't speak English that well and weren't hooking at all. Haha. So I started speaking in German
. Unfortuantely not proficient enough to do it in a German though 
.You also have to focus on certain parts of SS that aren't heavily reliant on the spoken word. For example capturing and leading their imagination...it only takes a few words to get them to do this. Or making her feel body sensations. Eliciting her values etc is tough because they may not understand what you're getting at.
Whenever I'm sarging foreign chicks I tend to lessen the word usage and just exude non-verbal communication: massive smile, big actions, laughter and one-word conversations. Also convey attitude and personality like C&F.
The other thing on a more general note is logistics...I'm based in Cambridge where there are always tourists in town...sometimes logistics are great for SNL's, other times with tourists they're terrible like they're leaving tonight. I try and find this out early to save me time.
