Self hypnosis is absoulutly the greastest thing on earth when doing so. What self hypnosis is really is meditating on a word its like regular hypnosis but the diffrence is you applying affirmations to your own subconcious mind your using your inner talk to alter you beliefs. It can only be powerful if you believe what your saying is true. What are scripts? scripts are what you would use to help make what you want reality. for Powerful language to help stir up your imagination and influence your subconcious mind..Key to remember your subconcious mind is your friend not your enemy. You can learn to create your own scripts. Here are some of the scripts I have created for my problems. One is How to become Conversation master. heres an example of an affirmation in the script " I am very conversational around women" The key word is I am its a power word It declares what you have said to your subconcious mind. There are other words like, I, I choose, I can, I decree ect...So you can learn to create scripts to your own advantage to start attracting women Ill teach you how to create your own script soon Stay tuned for more from Romantic100 |
