There are tons of techniques in NLP and Hypnosis that can create instant change with in a person. I will let you in on a little secret though, they all work in the same way! The key to make changes in yourself is to imagine yourself different. See yourself acting, being, seeings, feeling, moving and being the way that you want to be. Build a mental image of yourself as the kind of person you want to become. Make it as real as possible by including all your senses (kinestetic, visual, auditory, olfactory and gustatory) spend 10 minutes a day imagining the new you and soon you will become that person. One awesome book you should check out on how to create lasting change in your life and reconstruct your self image is called PsycoCybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz... its will change your life if you take it to heart. |
