I did a bit of a search and couldnt find any discussion on ASMR, and I thought id start one. I dunno if its relate-able to any PUA technique but it might be an interesting approach? Basically ASMR is the chill down the spine sensation you get when u hear, feel, smell, see something that triggers it for you. There are common triggers like whispering, scratching, tapping, blowing and such.. Im wondering if anyone uses this response in their technique, and if it is a feasible way to incorporate it? discuss?! |
