Okey guys, I have been googling around and trying to learn "What is NLP"? I am not sure how it really works, but from what I understood is that you can reprogram yourself from unconscious to conscious behaviors, is that right? But I don't understand how things will work with or not related to PUA stuff. I tried to find some examples how it works in real action, but I still don't understand. Hopefully you guys could answer my question. |

Hi, I see NLP as a collection of several techniques and patterns which are used to reprogram one's mind or for some kine of behavioural change work. I am new to NLP too, so i can't say confidently how effectively it can be used by PUAs, but i think it works because NLP is simply a type of communication and also covert in nature. Get some books on NLP as books are the quickest way to start for a new learner in my opinion. Cheers. |
