(Point to self) She had the ability to.. .FOCUS ON THIS (Point to self and.. .DELETE ALL OTHER DISTRACTIONS... and was able to succeed, where other women were unable to. All of the women at that time had the same options and abilities, but Cleopatra's famous for it because she was ambitious enough to set her sights on powerful men (gesture toward self)and always believed that...

THIS REWARD IS DESERVED (Point to self). And then there's Joan of Arc, who at age 13 said that inside her head she could ... .HEAR THIS VOICE, and as time went on and she began to.. .FOCUS ON THIS VOICE ... .and began to... SEE IMAGES of what was being described. With her able to.. .HEAR THIS VOICE, and.. SEE POWERFUL IMAGES, the people of Prance in 1429 saw her as having a celestial connection with God, and so she was chosen to lead France's battle into England. She made a powerful decision, the decision to BELIEVE THIS VOICE and ACCEPT THESE IMAGES. TODAY, as you know. that decision is called listening to your woman's intuition.-But look at the whole picture.

You have a woman who set her sites on a man, then decided to.. .DO WHATEVER IT TAKES.. to.. .MAKE IT HAPPEN. And you have a woman who heard and saw amazing things within her mind. Two amazing people(motion back and forth between you and she) doing amazing things. So if a woman was good enough to have those options then, why can't you...

HAVE THIS OPTION (Point to self) TODAY? The answer is, you can: If you can. .JUST STOP.. and... FOCUS ON YOUR DESIRES ... .you will realize you have powerful, alternative, options. And from these options, you can make a powerful decision, a decision that will not only cause you to.. .FEEL THIS IS RIGHT.. .but will also add more fulfillment to your life, because you know that you were able to.. .MAKE IT HAPPEN. Take a moment to... LISTEN TO THIS VOICE inside your mind. That's your woman's intuition.

I am an NLP Practioner and I never learnt a pattern... too much for my memory ... Instead I realised the key points of a pattern... and applied it to my own stories... and thought about the effect I wanted to have and the data I had about my target... Make your own stuff... don't use other people's ... that way you don't have to practise it a thousand times before you get congruent with it.

best NLP/ seduction book I have read is Ross Jeffries- secrets to speed seduction. As mentioned before he gives you routines but also the formulas of how the routine is working so you can make up your own and improvise as you go along. great read and you can easily skip around and read the sections that most interest you. CA

i personally recommend Tranceboy's Guide - "Ride the Punani". its by far the best iv read on NLP and SS (yes even better than Ross Jeffries' guide..). a lot more patterns and he describes each particular patterning tool (time distortion, trance words, presuppositions etc) in a lot more detail which also helps to create ur own patterns.. mind u its a much longer read and focuses on all aspects of seduction from opening to closing and other related strategies, with a focus on NLP/SS.

ok can someone please make some light of this whole NLP thing? Ive read Ross Jeffies stuff , the OMS and some other random NLP ebooks, but like when i read the patterns, they seem so cheesy, like when the hell would you use this stuff? like look at the original post of this thread, that pattern with Cleopatra where your like pointing to yourself and saying all this utterly cheesy crap.. i just cannot imagine a girl buying into this stuff....i mean, maybe im wrong. can someone who has actually, successfully used this stuff in field please shed some light on this NLP business for me? thanks guys.. (NO disrespect to any of you guys out there who actually use this stuff, if it works it works, maybe i just dont understand it?)

Well I just watched some NLP videos (the one where the guy gives a man a BMX buke and convinces him it was a life-long dream of his) and decided to do some research. I can't find any free resources that give patters like this, so props for helping a bro out. I'm actually hoping to get a bunch of these free NLP patters together along with other internet explainations and crap. I think we as a community need to have higher quality freebies that we share, and that are more centralized for aPUA's to start with.

For the best understanding of how and why this stuff works in a seduction context get Dave Riker's Speed Seduction Technical Manual. It's the most concise explanation of the core concepts and structure of Speed Seduction I've encountered. It will sound a lot less "cheesy" after you listen to the CDs and read the manual itself. Riker also did a language course which helps you learn to speak in process language as well--I have listened to it yet but if it's anything like the Technical Manual I am sure it will be good. Then there is Ross Jeffries' Basic Home Study Course, which has a lot of good material but is very unfocused (this is why Riker's Technical Manual was created, to give the program some focus). There are tons of other NLP resources, but if you want to fast-track learning about NLP concepts for seduction, this is the way to go.

Be careful when viewing his work--most magicians believe Brown uses NLP as misdirection for more traditional mentalist techniques. Having studied both mentalism and NLP, I think he uses a combination, but it makes the NLP he uses look more powerful than it really is.

I am an NLP Master Practioner and like Sorin I have never learned a patter, NLP is communicating effectively at a level that can be incredibly persuasive because you speak to people in their language. The patterns can be incredibly cheesy but can work. I prefer to stay away from them.

Just a quick comment on the Derren Brown stuff. Derren using anchoring a lot in his work. NLP came along and decide to include NLP in their teaching, but like everything else in NLP it was just taken from some where else. NLP is like a compilation album of techniques and it is a world filled with crazy people. Anyway back to Derren Brown. If you watch the BMX video then you will see that he does an elicitation at the start of creating desire for a product. He then anchors that response to a touch (kino if you like) and amplifies up his arm (zip anchor or sliding anchor if you are into SS). He then does a pattern interupt, he goes to shake Simon Pegg's hand and takes it in his other hand. This causes a lot of confusion and therefore makes someone very suggestible. You will then see him use a pattern I suppose and firing off the anchor at key times. The pattern without the anchor wouldn't have worked. He does this sort of technique a lot of eliciting a state, anchoring it then pattern interupt. This is clear to see in the Russian Scam when he takes peoples money and wallets in the street. Also Derren uses duel reality a lot. This means what he does and what we see are very different. The paying with paper is a great example. What does he do there, he uses real money but you think he is using paper. Go back and watch, do you see his actually giving the white slips of paper to the cashiers? Nope, as he is giving them actualy money. He does use NLP to distract from what he is doing. Remember he is a magician and performer first, hypnotist and mentalist second. Matt
