Well I don't really have enough idea to get PUA hypnosis. But I know some basic ideas about things we need to do while we are in self hypnosis for stage fear. I would really love to learn more things on it, I wonder if you could share more about it |

Well, I know much about Hypnosis as I have done my training in Hypnotherapy. This is really an fantastic experience. Hypnosis is best for self-improvement. I have experienced a better and a stronger person inside me. My will power and confidence is greatly increased and my thoughts are now in my control. In our youth days, one should definitely learn the art of self-hypnosis. |
