Post subject:  Obsessed with a girl - How to break this?
Any good nlp processes to break an obsession with a girl?

Literally can't think a single thought without thinking about her - imagining her reaction to what I'm doing, hearing her, seeing her, thinking about having intimate moments with her, imagining I'm talking to her. Thinking about what she's doing. Imagining who she's doing it with, worrying if she's still attracted to me. Rehearsing what I'd say to her.

Fucking hate this. Nothing helps.

This is a girl I've never slept with, naturally (why else would I be obsessed...).

Anything other than "sleep with 10 other women" is greatly appreciated. No, seriously.

there is in fact, something you can do about that. Close your eyes and imagine that girl you're obsessed with, and then, as you can see and picture the image that you fear, reduce it until that image became so small, you can replace it by the image you want to (for example, a image where you can really get what you eant, whatever it is) and LET THAT IMAGE GROW UP, and feel the kino feeling arise inside you, and do it several times, until you're in the "god mode", and naturally you'll get what you want.

Problem is I keep projecting my desperation and neediness all over the place each time I try that. It scares her right off. Give her a half hour or 3 days or a week away from me, then I visit again. She can't take her eyes off of me. A mutual friend told me "She's in love with you. But you have to relax."

jhlocker: Nice! I'll run that a few times. That's the swish pattern, right? Might even throw in some anchors to do a mental rehearsal and then future pace it. Throw as many resources as I can..

Wow, just realized I could use what you described to sort out the jealousy. Good stuff! :)

You, and your friend give your own best advice here;

If you slobber and whine all over her and it doesn't work, then you back off and and make her miss you and it DOES work! Why would you keep trying the 1st one????

If you touch a hot frying pan and it burns! Do you keep touching it to see if it wants to stop burning you?

Ya, sometimes it does work where I'm giving a girl way too much attention. I catch myself and stop. Ironically she misses the attention and starts chasing me. Notice I said sometimes.

I've acted this way before. Push/pull showing full interest. Going from cave-manning her one minute to saying "I can't do this" the next and pushing her away. It lead to a threesome.

I pretty much had the same problem there the trick I found that works is going out and just flat out hit on chicks whenever you see one you think is really hot (which is what you should already be doing!). It distracts you. While doing this just stop seeing or cut down how much you see her. You'll eventually pretty much forget about the feelings. You could also fuck her though just saying :wink:
