You have an interesting idea, you have the wrong execution. Have you ever seen the movie Dark City. If not you should watch it. The end is a great example of The February Man, where as his memories are being reprogrammed he's taught by a man that was never in his life how to control his gifts as if they were a lifetime of experiences and teachings.
Milton Erickson created the February Man, and I've personally been working on creating a hypnosis CD that would do just that, for my own personal use. I think right now, until someone takes to market that idea, recording your own hypnotic suggestion and reeducating your mind to program in your chosen personality will be the best bet.
Your idea of creating a seperate persona I think has a lot of downfall. What happens if you see a girl you like, or your in a conversation at some gathering with a girl who you really like, and you don't have your earrings with you. This was the main issue with Peacocking, many people didn't feel like they could approach if they didn't have their gear with them.
There are two books written by Tariq Nasheed that you might find interesting (they came along before the seduction community). The Art of Mackin' and The Mack Within. He makes this point clear, a real man of the women doesn't need to have a car, doesn't need to have earrings (Tyler Durden didn't need to have anything), to be a man that deserves a woman and can approach a woman without lowering himself.
But, you asked HOW YOU CAN DO IT! Here's how you can program your mind with hypnosis to have more Tyler Durden personalities embedded into your subconscious.
One, you need to study Tyler Durden, by that, I mean watch the movie and right down every bit of wisdom you feel is useful. Then watch the movie again write down how Brad Pitt portrays him, his body language, hsi gestures, his smiles, are they different for different situations. Then watch it a third time and write down all desired attitudes to situations that you want that he exhibits.
Now, then, if you're hell bent on doing it with the earrings--though I strongle recommend against it as a Master NLP Practitioner, A Certified Hypnotherapist, and a Certified Conversational Hypnosis Therapist--you need to first create a power state anchor. This can be making a fist, this can be pressing your index and thumb together. Either way, while your doing the initial hypnosis, you need to link those to a trigger. Then, when you're getting the ears pierced, you need to fire the trigger, then, after you can take the studs out, every time you put the earrings in, you fire the trigger--in a week or two putting the earrings in will trigger the power state you created and invoke the personality you want completely.
However, I prefer taking a week or two weeks--avoiding the ear piercing--get a little digital recorder (mine cost 25 dollars), find a quiet room, record your hypnotic induction, using the February Man protocal... which is the process of regression (Taking you back through infancy) and implanting a teacher as you grow up, who would educate you on having the skills and abilities that you so want to have. It should be thirty minutes to an hour long induction and you should wake up early in the morning (whatever the amount of time the recording is before you usually wake up in the morning--this jolt will keep you slightly sleepier and thus your subconscious more open), and play the recording back to yourself. Then, right before you go to bed, play the recording, and let it put you to sleep, or, finish, turn it off, and go right to sleep. Within a week, to two weeks at the most, your mind will have memories and experiences that didn't exist before, that approaching a woman without a care will become as simple as approaching a register with a bottle of water to buy it.
