I also only discovered this youtube site the other day when someone posted the richard la ruina video.
So much great advice I have picked up from watching some of these videos.

I think this is a must watch for every man on earth. I am learning so much from it right now and actually wished I found it earlier. This should be sticked to the top of the page or something. The under 21 Convention is an annual Seminar in Orlando, FL and a month earlier somewhere in Europe. Not only great PUA's like Gambler or Adam Lyons teach there but also some other great people. It's basically less about routines and stuff but more about becoming a better person. How you reach your goals and make progress, about growing and building confidence.
