[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlIrvu78NO0[/youtube] Hey guys  Right now I'm reading AFC Daniel's journal (BTW I'm on page 11) and since he mentioned connections between AA and meditation, I remembered that I've seen an old youtube video about AA. I haven't made much thought to it back then, but now I'm just wondering has anyone of you tried this technique.
