Hollywood movies related to pick up

The Tao of Steve - This is a must see movie for all aspiring PUA's. Dex (a character based on a true person, Duncan North) is extremely good at getting women, and has a theory behind it - "Be Desireless, Be excellent, Retreat". He tutors his younger worthless with women friend, and at the same time he falls in love with a girl which he had sex with in college and doesn't even remember.
The movie has a high educational value for PUA's, and is fun to watch, not too fascinating but still very enjoyable.

Roger Dodger - Roger is a womanizer with a lot of philosophy in is head to justify his actions. One day his teenage virgin nerdish nephew comes to town and wants Roger to teach him to get good with women. Roger takes him out on the town for a night that will transform his life forever.
The movie is fun and interesting to watch, has some educational value for PUA's although nothing sensational. Overall, it's very enjoyable and recommended.

Groundhog Day - A TV news reporter gets stuck with his crew in a small town on Groundhog Day, due to a snow blizzard. Generally bitter and grumpy, the reporter goes to sleep in his hotel only to wake up and realize that he's back in yesterday's morning, reliving the same day over and over again. In the process, he falls in love with his producer, and while trying to win over her heart, he demonstrates both the do's and the do not's of how to pick up women, as he gets the chance to try again many times over since the date never changes!
The movie is great entertainment and holds some educational value as well, since it demonstrates both PUA and AFC states of mind, and also shows some tactics. Overall, great watch. Chances are you've probably seen it already though.

Swingers - Mike (who recently broke up with his girlfriend and is in an extremely needy state), Trent (a player with women), and the rest of the guys have recently moved to LA and try to find their way into show business, while spending every free moment they have trying to pick up LA hotties, with various degrees of success.
Mediocre educational value but still demonstrates some good and bad inner game concepts. The scene where Mike has an endless dialog with the answering machine of a girl he picked up is a must. The movie is generally entertaining and authentic. It has become a classic in the seduction community.

Hitch - Hitch (Will Smith) is a pro PUA, giving lessons in how to pick up women. One of his students, James, a big and insecure guy, has fallen in love with a hot, rich, famous and powerful woman - Allegra. James hires Hitch to help him, while Hitch also starts to have his own difficulties in getting the woman of his dreams.
Highly un-realistic and holds very low educational value. Generally a boring movie and one of Will Smith's lowest points, if you ask me. Not recommended.

Austin Powers - International Man of Mystery - The first Austin Powers movie. Austin Danger Powers (a creation of Mike Myers) is an international spy by day and a shagadelic seducer by night. Cryogenically frozen during the 60's until his nemesis Dr. Evil returns, Austin wakes up in the '90 to find out the world has changed, his seductive powers haven't, and Dr. Evil awaits him again.
If you haven't seen it already, this is a must. Highly entertaining, a true classic, and also quite an inner game booster. One warning though - I would avoid the sequels (Austin Powers 2 & 3) if I were you, as they are exceptionally lame.

Closer - A strong movie. At first it seems like a soap operish romantic drama but then it takes some heavy turns. Dan the writer meets Alice the mystery girl, but then falls in love with Anna the photographer, yet accidently ends up setting her up with Larry. Anna and Dan start seeing each other secretly, but then Larry, seemingly a primitive man, uses his intuitive understanding of the true primal nature of human beings to his advantage.
A bit slow at first, but a strong and interesting movie. Recommended. Beautiful actors.

The Secret - The movie talks about 'the secret of the universe', the force that you can either harness in your favor or allow to hurt you. Either way, it has a formidable effect on your life, on your successes and on your failures, whether you are aware of its existence or not.
Motivational, but quite boring to watch.

Alfie - I didn't watch it in full so I can't make a personal comment. Alfie is a shameless pick up artist, but life events eventually get him filled with remorse and promote him to change his ways. One thing though - he talks to the audience throughout the movie, and it's a bit annoying ;)
If someone watched it in full you can email me a description (relevant to the PUA community).

The Pick Up Artist - Once again I didn't watch it so I can't comment. Robert is a pick up artist, that eventually falls for Molly, the girl that does not fall for him, and that her father gets in trouble with the mob.
If someone watched it you can email me a description (relevant to the PUA community).

I disagree on Hitch but thats ok

And James Bond Movie! - Watch how calm and collected he is. I'd say to even take notes. Its that important

17 Again - Pay attention to Zac Efrons, I dont give a fuck attitude. He says everything that comes to mind and plays it off well. Thats how to run a high school ladies and gentlemen.

I love you man - GREAT MOVIE! Watch Jason Seigels character Sydney in the beginning teaching Peter Klaven how to be more of a "barbarian". Shit works.

these are all confidence/social proofing movies. Not very much Pickup material in them

100 girls - the main actor's narration gives you a psychological overview of women. Fun and educational.

i'm not saying that its a good film, or even a good pick up example, but...

the main focus is on the 'yes to everything', however it transpires that yes to everything isnt actually the way. it is a way you start up then you say yes to the things you would otherwise want to do anyway

i dont know about you, but when i started this 'game' it was with a scattergun 'approach everything that moves and has A decent quality about it', the more you get used to the approach and what not, the more you increase your standards and only go for the things you actually want.

theres a lot more to that film than meets the eye. in fact, has anyone ever played Tetris for far too long and gone out to the world seeming 'Tetris-y'? Some will know what I'm saying and some wont. It's no biggie.

I watched one lately called "spread" though I didn't like the movie or the material I guess it could be used. It's about a womanizer who basically lives off rich women. It stars Ashton Kutcher.
