Post subject:  Being "in state" video
starts slow but follow along. I think most of us can relate. This video is a good example of how state builds.

Wow that was great. It did start off slow but then it gets pretty funny and you start to see how he just says "fuck it" and does whatever he wants. He's obviously not even thinking of the points that are in the video. He's just doing what's fun, putting himself in state and that automatically gives him all those points. Amazing.

Edit: I don't like to post without saying something relevant to the thread, so I'll elaborate on why I like this so much. Getting in state has always been hard for me, and the movement tactics described within work well.. Also, something Hypnotica uses is standing still and imagining all of your insecurities in that place, then moving to a different place and leaving them there.. but the idea is to get animated and believe in yourself.

Yes, I do this all the time.

Good way to get in state is to be around people you love.

And/or be with 1-2 girls on your arms, that'll boost your temporary self-confidence.

I did it last night.

I came in confident, and at the end of our school's football game (1 hour long) I was pointing right in random chick's faces and saying "Oh, her? She loves me / wants me"

IT shows us that states exist and that we gain positive or negative states from our surroundings.

Like, we can build states.

Let's say I just went to a party and I'm like fired up life of the party cracked jokes center of attention (Which I was ironically tonight at my buddy's part), THEN you go sarge at a club, you'd bring that state with you.

He built his state.
