Post subject:  Need Advice (Total Beginner)

Hey guys, I am a complete beginner to pick-up and have no experience what so ever with girls. I'm 19 years old.. in College. I'm tired of being a AFC and I'm ready to get into the Game.

I haven't read any material yet. What do you recommend to get me started? Any books/ videos/ anything that helped to get you into the game.

My biggest problem is that whenever I go to a club or party I get a lot of anxiety and freeze up when I see an attractive girl. I'm trying hard to change my mentality and I'm ready to do whatever it takes to change my life. :D

It's great that you've taken such a leap

i recommend "The Game by Neil Strauss" this is an amazing guide you should study this at least once.

websites like "becomeaplayer.com" it's not been updated in a while but the content is great non the less

Meet some similar minded friends and have an open discussion bout it you'll find it would be easier to relate too

I'm in the same place as you, I started focusing on my game about a week ago after reading "The Game" By Neil Strauss. And although it is not a very in-depth guide of what you need to know in order to get in the game it is a very strong motivator and shows you Style's(Neil Strauss) journey from an AFC to an mPUA.

I also suggest you read "The Mystery Method" by Mystery and watch his show on VH1 "The pickup artist" (theres only 2 seasons but while watching it you start to see patterns in what AFC's do wrong in-field and provides a good sense of what it will be like)

Then the next thing I can think of is to go out and sarge, your first couple times of sarging should be focused on improving your game and NOT instant results. Also try to get a close friend to go through this process with you (a good wing with the same mindset will prove to be priceless in-field)

Last but not least...ENJOY. If you want to become a PUA you have to have a PUA mentality, don't just put on an "act" of being smooth if YOU believe you are so will others.
