im 20 years old and im from australia. for my whole life ive always had a problem with anxiety and the need to 'fit in'. ive noticed my confidence slowly increasing over the years but i would just like to get some sound advice from a few experiences pua's, as im sure you've all had similar backgrounds to me in this regard. im as interested in improving my game with girls as i am with just people in general. i want to be more confident, not second guess myself all the time, and just be a happier person all round.
ive got friends and ive gotten with some hot girls (7-9's), but the anxiety that comes with it is pretty crazy. i guess what i really want to do is to have 100% confidence in everything i do, and not have to deal with social anxiety so much.
ive also got a big interest in psychology and human behaviour. ive read a few book on psych, including The Mystery method, and also read Style's book. i found them both to be a great read and try and use as much of the material as possible.
Another problem is that i live in a rather small city. everyone knows each other and already has some sort of opinion on you even before you are formally introduced. is there a way i can use this to my advantage? does anyone else suffer from this problem?
