| Post subject: | Introducing Myself |
Hey everyone, I grew up and live in Macomb, MI, I am the youngest son of two history teachers. I just turned 21 last Tuesday. I went to a film school for a year and currently working as a video editor for an exercise equipment company. I studied David DeAngelo's "Attraction Isn't A Choice" when I was 15 years old, when I had very low self-esteem, I was short, overweight, pizza-faced, with ugly glasses and no friends - so in the summer going into 9th grade I exercised everyday and listend to David DeAngelo's seminars and methods on 'cocky funny.' After a growth spurt, getting contacts, and thinning out my baby fat and figure, along with practicing magic to become a completely evolved creation of my former self, I went into 9th grade filled with knowledge I wanted to put into effect and soon landed my first legit girlfriend in 2006 for a month and a half's time, then immediately moving on to my girlfriend of four years - we lost our virginity to each other at age 16 and just broke up this past January. I became comfortable in the relationship, and long story short, I put in a whole hearted committed effort to completing P90X, the 90-day in-home exercise program and now I'm in the best shape of my life and continuing to improve my body. I just learned of "The Game" by Neil Strauss on a recent trip to California and started reading it four days ago - I should be finished reading it tonight or tomorrow, I became infatuated with the story - especially because it was cool seeing my mentor as a teen, David DeAngelo, was a prominent part of Neil's story, validating to me that he's the real deal. So now after my break-up, I'm wanting to really get out in the field like I hadn't had the chance to before because of my relationship. I'm in The Game to learn and to share in order to create life-lasting memories. I don't necessarily have a preferred method, I want my knowledge and horizons to be as wide as possible, never stop learning. I also feel because I learned from a young age, the information sustained thoroughly because my brain was such a sponge for information at the age of 15, I have a lot I can contribute to the community with my own slew of techniques and routines picked up from experience. I plan on moving to the Los Angeles area either before, or early, 2012. I am also a cinematographer, an independent wrestler, a magician, I can solve a 7-sided Rubik’s cube, I am drug and alcohol free, and a proud graduate of P90X. One question I want to ask right away that I've been curious about for the past week is attached in the poll. Thanks for accepting me, everyone. - Jarek 1:20 |
