Hmmm, I find it kind of strange that my silent musings and random searches landed me here. I initially searched something along the lines of 'tips for talking to people' because I'm super lame like that ;] And found the blog of a FPUA(wooo I know some terminology). The more I read, the more I was intrigued and started looking into the seduction community and it eventually led me here. This site seems to be male oriented, but I lurked a couple of the female introductions to see if any girls had joined for one, and then if anyone posted any resources for them. I found a couple, and they're all wonderful tips- in theory but I'm hoping I can read some of the men's resources and maybe try to flip them to my advantage. So a little about me. I'd maybe classify myself as a 7/8 but that's me being vain, I'd have to find someone to give me an honest opinion sometime from a male perspective. Ironically, most of my associates (I consider very few people true friends) are male. You'd think they'd be able to give me adequate advice but no, I usually get "Just go up to him and tell him you want to fuck, he's yours." I just turned 21 not too long ago and after a wild-child 12-15 year old phase I quieted down and focused on school and lost a lot of my social skills. I'm extremely nervous when it comes to going out. I find the approach the most difficult part, it's going to be something I'm going to have to just force myself to do over and over again until I get more comfortable with it. The reason why I'm looking to become an aspiring FPUA is because I want to be social, I'd love to network and I feel like I'm missing a huge part of my life. This is supposed to be the time when I'm running off with friends to the beach, going out and having a blast every weekend, living it up with my peers you know? And right now my life pretty much consists of chilling at home watching Romero movies until I fall asleep on a friday night =/ I'm looking for tips and advice that leans a bit more towards natural, I know I have a good head on my shoulders and I'm a very easy going chick. All my guy friends that know me seem to tell me so (but I also realize that even though I have this delusion that our friendships are so platonic, they probably want to nail me anyway). I don't like to sleep around but hell, I'd like to at least have the option to you know? Anyway, I think I'm going to enjoy it here, there's tons of stuff to read and when I get a chance to sit down after I get some sleep, I'll definitely be back. -Tarea. |

I think it's great to have female members on this forum! Sharing opinions from the eyes of the opposite sex is a great way to learn from each other. I'm really looking forward to reading your posts and good luck! |

Thanks I'm looking forward to it as well! I'm already learning quite a bit. I can't wait to test it out this weekend- hell maybe I'll even just go to the gym and try it too! |

Superflirt by Tracy Cox. Other than that no. It focuses a lot on body language, making a good first impression, etc. It's helping me with the fact that I need to dumb down my vocabulary a little bit when texting. Adopt the same vocabulary as my "victim" lol. That was always a mistake I've noticed in the past, I'd text something and they'd be like "What's that mean?" *facepalm* |
