Even in his 31day challenge (stylelife.com) he has a mission where he tells you to forget everything you've learnt so far and try and keep a conversation as long as possible.
It's a lot easier to be natural, tell your own stories not someone elses' routines ... and have a social life to tell people about... not imagine it. it's fun too
