Hey all, thought I should introduce myself. I'm a 19 yo noob from a suburban nightmare 35 miles north of London. Soon to be moving to Cambridge. (feel free to message me for a sarge If you are local). I am a recording solo artist, as well as a student. I've been diving into the literature as per the norm (Currently reading 'Introducing NLP and Derren Brown: Tricks of the mind). I guess the whole society surrounding the game has really sparked off alot of interesst in me. Looking forward to joining in! Rock out with your cock out! much love, Valmont |

I'll be passing through London in November if that helps Quote: I've been diving into the literature as per the norm (Currently reading 'Introducing NLP and Derren Brown: Tricks of the mind). I guess the whole society surrounding the game has really sparked off alot of interesst in me.
Cool, what do you think of introducing NLP? I'm reading that right now and I think that of the two authors, one is really good and the other sucks tremendously. Half the book is really interesting and the rest of it is really mind-numbing. I put it down to the two authors. What's Derren Brown's book like? I've noticed he has a new TV show in the US. I'd never heard of him til two weeks ago. - Dex |

I haven't got so far on the NLP one yet, but Derren Brown is awesome. I've always been amazed by what that guy can do. Pretty clever stuff. He refers to NLP quite a bit, using techniques like anchoring. His show is incredible also. Yeah wicked drop me a line nearer to the time. Any advice on what I should read next? |
