Here is what I did to help with that. Just take it one piece at a time. First I worked on my openers (you only need a couple). Try opening a set, get their opinion on something, listen to what they say cause every thing can turn into a new story or experience that you have gone through and you can tell them about. Then tell them it was very nice meeting you and walk away. Now I am sure I am gonna get shit for this but it worked for me. And when you go in, go in with the mind set that your not trying to pick them up. Go in thinking to yourself that you really want their opinion. Then your not worried about what to do next cause you really want to know their answer. After you get comfortable with the openers then add another piece to the game. Open, then DHV then thanks and goodbye. Then later add another piece...you see where this is going. After you go out and open or what ever, make sure you critique your self aftwords on how you think you could have done better. Find your self a good wing and get his (or hers) ideas on how to improve. I can open just about any one now with no worries. Any one else have any ideas or wish to criticize what I recomend? |

hmm sounds good I will try those starting sunday.. I talked to a hb 9 today she is engaged but she showed a few IOI.. I didnt have to open I was with a female family member who started a conversation with her and I kinda mingled in.. the hb started flirting with me.. then my female family member got the hint and left her to talk with me.. Well the conversation got real dull and boring and I kinda felt her bitch sheild going up and I got frustrated and ended it early before the sheild was fully up.. when the female family member came back it was all exciting again between them. I didnt get back involved in the convo. It dented my confidence though. |

One thing you could do to overcome your shyness is waking up one day and decide to smile and say "Hello" to every girl you meet that day. On the bus, in shopping malls, supermarkets, at work etc. When your comfortable with this you can start asking random people (e.g. you're buying a new t-shirt and stand with two in your hands. Ask some random customer "Hey, which one do you think looks better?"). Good luck man.. Peace Out. |
