just start with little things like going into a coffee shop or sumthing like that and ask whats shes got say thanks and leave
i did stuff like that

I have trouble with opening my mouth alot too. I find it helps to imagine it all as a game and games are suppose to be fun! If I know I'm being a chicken I just remind myself it's all a game and to have fun. |
