Okay I guess you could go with some Exercises to wrok on your confidence talking in public and with women.
Work on your AA (approach anxiety), Go out and say hi to every person you see , go to mall and chat with the staff.
Now , You talked about day game (a mall, park , etc...)
First of all you could build some confidence just approaching girls and asking the time, talking about the weather, etc...
When you feel ready to start gaming you can approach with any opener but it will be really good that you had a canned opinion opener ready:
Let me ask your opinion about this... Who you think lies more men or women ? ... etc...
Make a quick search in the forum about AA, noob exercises and check the section of social shyness.
