I just got divorced and a friend slid me a copy of The Game. It's proven successful right from the start - but I have much to learn. I'm looking forward to the adventure.

welcome man. So what are you thoughts on the book? What did you like and dislike about it?

It's been awhile since I've had to go out of my way to meet women. The book reminded me of some cardinal rules from back in college:
  • Total confidence - fake it if you have to
    Don't care - you must always look well fed
    Be cocky - be funny
More than anything, the book gave me some comfort/confidence in just going up an approaching women again. It's great.

I've been using some variations of my own from the book. They mostly work and then you move onto the next subject. When I crashed - I understood in someway what I mght have done wrong and learned from it.

It's helped me get back out there.
