Aight, i've dabbled in some of this PUA stuff for a bit now but I never really got into it very seriously. Lately I've been feeling like something is missing in my life so I was surfin the net last night and ran accross this site. Prolly about 5 years ago I got a hold of some of David Deangelo's stuff and I had never heard of any other PUA. For the most part his stuff was right on. Helped me land dates and helped me understand women much better, let's just say it came at the right time. I've always gotten into psych a bit, and I've always been a real talkative, popular guy. Through the years I've picked up many books on persuasion and the like. Just not anything that was focus'd particularly on women. Stuff like Robert Greene's "The 48 Laws of Power". About 6 months ago I acquired some of Ross Jeffries stuff and a book by juggler. I was kinda gettin into it but never really finished all of the material. I've got a copy of "The Game" but haven't read it either. Basicaly I've had a fairly successful dating life so far. Pretty solid looking GF's. Thing is I've never really been -that guy- Im sure you know what I mean. I'm a decent lookin pretty intelligent guy and I can toss a joke around. Girls don't scare me but closing the deal and that first kiss is my main problem. Not that I couldn't brush up on all of this stuff. ANYWAYS---------- I've been wantin to land this chick and i checked soem stuff on this site, kinda got into PUA mode and got a kiss today! So all is well so far. Thanks for the great site b/c it definately helped. So that is more or less my situation and where I'm at so direct me where you will. Books, videos, any certain sections? Should I do some NLP exercises? I just really dunno. My main goal is havin one or two Friends with benefits. No strings attached. I just want to be good at this so having someone from higher up directing me in the right place will be the most efficient way to progress fast. Thanks again guys, hopefully I can help and answer soon instead of ask, lol! |
