Hello I'm new here The thing is I feel awkward to start a conversation with strange.Once I try to break my comfort zone but it turns out being cringed moment. I Start talking useless unnecessary things and my mind doesn't work. At that moment I feel like a loser. Basically, I can't handle pressure and stress. Hope this group will help me to get out of it. |

I'm aware of the term 'strange' in this context, but literally stop thinking of them as being actually strange. If you've ever had a g/f think of them as that. Convince yourself of that. In a socially calibrated manner. She will mirror your feelings. Go in awkward, she mirrors that. Go in comfy, she mirrors that. She can't not. She wants to connect. So do you. Use that to your (and her) advantage. |

Be genuinely interested in other people's lives. People love to talk about themselves. Ask the right questions and just be relaxed. Enjoy the exchange of energy that you have with people when you converse. |
