Hi. Sorry if this quite long, but I would like as much help as I can get.

So while at University about 7 years ago, I decided to read The Game as I was having no luck whatsoever. I was always been shy before going to Uni, and to be honest, this did get better, but I'm still a quite person. I'm more of a speak when spoken to kind of guy. But, I still feel like I struggle to hold a conversation with strangers. Usually go with short answers and don't ask much questions back. This is sometimes true with people I know fairly well.

I don't think I'm ugly and feel as if I knew how, I could end up with someone. I feel that I've had so many missed opportunities, something drastic needs to change.

I'm 25 and haven't had sex for over 20 months. Before that, it was about a year and with the same woman. I had previously been sleeping with her for a few months. We hooked up while we were both drunk to begin with, which I don't remember how it happened, and then texting back and forth after but it was obvious what we both wanted so not much effort was needed. Since then, I think I've only kissed one more, again while drunk and not really knowing what I was doing. This is really frustrating.

I don't really know where to start and would appreciate any help. I do think I have AA, but after working on it, I also feel that it's not my main concern. I think that what I suffer most with is keeping a conversation flowing while keeping her interested. I might have a fear of closing as well as I have found I'm better at speaking with women I'm not thinking about actually speaking with them. These being my friends girlfriends, women I'm not attracted too etc.

Sorry about the long post, but I will really appreciate any help I can get. Also, I don't think that any hypno type techniques will work for me. Thank you.
