Hey Lathar, welcome. Inner game can be tricky. Often insecurity is caused by self consciousness. What has helped me is to take the focus away from whatever is triggering the insecurity or discomfort and either think no thoughts or think about something that makes me feel good. Think about the other person and realize they have a ton of issues and insecurities to and they're just doing the best they can. Try to understand and appreciate that. Hope that helps a bit
