So this is my first post, hey everyone. I've decided for the next 30 days that I'm not going to masturbate. Im allowing myself to have sex but I want to see how much this impacts my gaming over the next month. Over the past few weeks I've had a few girls back and i've hardly performed my best so I want to see how much change this causes. Seeing as none of my friends know anything about this, the PUA community can keep me honest while it's going on. I'll post field reports from each night out and let you all know how it's going every now and then. Cheers all, happy sarging! (P.s. I'm not sure how important this is but i'm living in Beijing right now so it's a bit different than normal). (P.P.S. If this is the wrong place to post this please let me know and i'll change it). |

Sexual energy is the highest energy in a man, and you'll notice the change in energy you'll feel. I literally couldn't sleep more than 5 or 6 hours, I was more alert, present, my performance and productivity was higher. Def try it out. |

So do you have any methods to fight the urge? When that feeling arrives, how will ensure you dont masturbate? Kinda like quitting smoking or alcohol. Cold Turkey? Or decide to do 10 pushups when that feeling takes over your brain to get it out? |

I found something working really well for most guys, including me when I was dealing with this. When you feel the urge, you say to yourself, "Yes, I can do this. But I first need to take a short walk. And I'll do it when I come back from the walk" You never do it. Masturbation is more about the impulse, and when you delay that impulse and make it like a thing you'll do, it doesn't work anymore. So just implement a rule for yourself, that when you feel the urge, you'll take a short walk, and then return to do it. Works like a charm. |

I've been on NO FAP for 30 days now and I plan on going till December. I have never gone 30 days straight before and I'm glad I did. I however have sex most weekends with my plates. The first week of no fap was tough and the second week was even tempting but I fight off my urges with taking deep breaths and exercising my PC muscles at the same time. Avoid any pornographic material as much as possible and rather use your time productively. I go for jogging some mornings and I lift weights. I feel more energized and confident. I enjoy the horniness and not fapping. |
