Met someone at work 6 months ago, we became close friends and everyone thought something had, would, should happen, and I guess I just thought it would develop. It did not!
For some reason I cant pick myself up and move forward. Have tried and have hooked up on Tinder etc but find that every time I start to enjoy things she pops into my head and well I guess we all know how that gets to you.
Anyway sorry to depress the hell out of you, as I said I need to regain my confidence and move forward so I joined to look for things that can help with that.

i'm assuming you have no contact with her? please tell me you dont work with her anymore and you have no ties with her.
if so cut them immediately
working out is a great way to get over someone because
1. it keeps you active and focus
2. you get more in shape
3. that will build your confidence
4. make you look better for the next girl
