Hy guys! Im 31 swiss, with pretty much level1 experience.
I've been in a relationship for about 13 years. first six years with my ex and then i continued this relationship for 7years with a diffrent gal. Now she left me. In this sorry state that im i gained 60pounds and a seriously damaged selfconfidence. I started working out to atleast bring this mess to a half way usefull state. I got rid of the first 45pounds now ima working on the last 25%. Thats good but im still not satisfied with my success. More over i still am stuck with two mayor proplems:
I have this kind of panic that starts when i want to approch a girl or just start a conversation. I get the feeling of beeing devalued from any woman i do a cold approch.
There is this one girl thatput a spell on me while wearing a halo. Can't date that, can't hate that, can't forget that girl
I came here hoping:
- i could get rid of this lingering feelings i have for this femme fatal, fuck all her friends (for revenge( is this even possible
? yeah i know this is kinda immature but i want this girl to want me 
) - can give women what she deserves: a exciting experience.
- have sex once in a while
- To envolve into a person which has a light heart. Not setteld for anything specific but knows what he wants out of a relationship/date/meeting.
