Hey man  I am 165 and I had huge issues with it before, it actually took me 1 year and half of struggling with myself to get out of the mindset (not being able to get chicks, low self esteem...etc). But as soon as your out of that mindset you will notice your life has been improved in every way not just with girls, and let me give some advice on what I did that really helped me: firstly I started to read books on self improvement, check out authors like David Hawkins, Alan watts, echart tolle, from their teachings your perspective of the world will dramatically change and your life will become better. After getting rid of that toxic mindset start approach and approach, keep practicing everyday all the time anywhere and trust me man you will become better. I have been sleeping with girls lots taller than me and been able to create insane attraction by tall girls, am talking about the 180 range, and some 190s. The main point with everything is that its all in your mind, and women are not attracted to any physical trait of you unless ur super fuckin fat and cant walk. Women are attracted to a man's behaviour, as long as your a masculine dude who's confident and certain, and being able to display these traits then you will be successful with all hot chicks no matter their height.
