Hey guys, first experience with the community besides reading "The Game". Trying to get more involved though and approach more. Anyways, I am a 17 year old Canadian and right now I am doing a 3 month exchange in Germany. Generally I have a pretty good sense of humour and can hold an interesting conversation. But I have to say that my German isn't great and this has done a couple of things to my interactions - first I don't have enough confidence in what I am saying, and second I am not able to talk about a wide variety of topics so in short, I can't hold a good conversation and therefore establish rapport. Does anyone have any ideas about this? By the way, an cool factor to traveling is you automatically are more interesting than most of the people in the room when your from out of country. I want to be able to keep escalating beyond just interest though, so let me know what advice you guys can give me.
