Ok im 25 now. Back in high school I used to have no problem getting girls. Later on I developed this downward spiral of depression/social anxiety for years. But now I'm past my breaking point. I've already taken steps to improve my life dramatically, like bodybuilding for the past 4 months consistently (6 days/wk in the gym), buying new clothes, going back to school and studying my ass off. I am another case of the "Great White Buffalo", having that one girl you care about the most (and more than anyone else). But she acts like she could care less. So all it continues to do is hurt me, over and over and over again. Still I'm not giving up. But there needs to be major changes, and I can see that. So I can kill 2 birds will one stone, as in the mean time there is something I want... Women all over me! I want to build my own huge call list of women. I don't care if I have to go through the most embarrassing of things anymore. I don't care how hard it's gonna be, I don't care. I'm done being scared of life. I won't watch it leave me behind anymore. I refuse, it's not fair to myself. I've had enough and am more than willing to continue to make changes. Is there someone that really knows what they're doing that is willing to at least somewhat take me under their wing? Please point me in the right direction.

I've been in your shoes. and I wish someone gave me this advice when I was your age (i'm 39 now).

1. Read The Tao of the Badass, at least twice. seriously, it's kick ass.
2. keep reading posts on here, and find ones that meet your needs. just make sure you get what you need, and not things that can hurt your progress.
3. keep working on yourself, build your own core confidence. you have a good start, don't give up. it's a constant battle.
4. go out and approach women! don't care about their looks, if they're hot or not, just approach. get good at enjoying talking to any woman. use the un-hot women as practice to get the hot women. remember that, and when you do see a HB, you'll be able to approach. and if you get turned down...oh well. you'll know that you can have fun with anyone. and women will find that attractive as hell.
5. amuse yourself. do things that make you laugh. if you're a practical joker like me, use it to your advantage. I joke around all the time. I love to play jokes on people...but not the kind that disrespect them of course.
6. never stop learning. their will always be someone out there better than you, and you can learn from them. even the noobs get inspiration once in awhile, and you can learn from them too. also, don't be afraid to go out with PUAs and AFCs...learn from PUAs and teach AFCs. teaching is the ultimate way to understand anything. because you have to explain in detail, and make it easy to understand.

the guys here will rag on me about this, but check out Making a Shift by Julien Blanc. he's an inspiration for building confidence. and definitely listen to Adam Lyons and Josh Pellicer, they are brilliant for a reason. they really know their shit.

Thanks man! I'm going to a "special" kind of club today. I'm going to approach anyone I find attractive. Let's get it!

don't just approach anyone you find attractive, approach everyone! talk to everybody. the attractive ones will see this they will come to you, then you can pick and choose who you're interested in. and if noone does come up to you, you can still have alot of fun.
