| Post subject: | New to game |
Hey guys! Im 21 years old from Sweden. I've known about Game for about 2 years, but didnt really put any effort into it. Now is the time to make big changes in my social life!  The biggest challange for me will be to get rid of my Approach Anxiety. Does any1 have any tips on how to do that the easiest and fastest way? |

Approach Anxiety is not something you can ever get rid of. you can learn to be less anxious or not letting control you but it can never be out of you. quick and fastest tip to improve. Go out everyday and talk to as many strangers as you can. do public speaking. |

hey Hehu94, its very simple, the easiest part of game actually. start off small. just give a compliment to 5 women throughout the day. compliment them on anything besides their looks "thats a badass outfit" just utter those words to get the ball rolling. then move up from there. maybe the next day compliment 7 or 10. go at your own pace and it will ease the AA hope this helps |
