I used to have some game a few years ago but I met this girl, thought she was the one. Turned out she wasn't and I am out looking again (happy here about her leaving). This time I am not looking for anything series but there's a major problem. I lost all my game and I now have anxiety that makes it 10x as hard. Hopefully I can get back out there and be better than before because of this place. |

Welcome to the forum! That is a very common problem that we a lot of guys have faced after getting out of a LTR. Game is just like going to the gym. If you are not actively socializing, your social skills will get rusty. Just get back on the horse and start approaching a lot and staying in set and you'll get back to where you were and even better. |

the best way to get back into it is to jump back into it asap. go out as frequently as possible it takes about 100 sets to get back to where you where. that can either take you a month or it can take you 1 day |

Thank you guys I will surely have to do that. What are some good places to go solo? Sadly don't have a wing man but that won't stop me from going out. |
