Post subject:  Mixed signals of a girl
Hello guys! I am completely new to this forum, and I would be really happy if somebody could help me with this situation:

I have a co-worker who gives me completely mixed signals and it starts driving me nuts. I dont know what to do...
Indicators of disinterest:
- she wears an engagement ring
- she keeps telling me that she wants me to get together with her best-girlfriend
- she always keeps physical distance while talking, she doesnt sit next to me when there is a seat between us


Indicators of interest:
- she sometimes offers and makes me coffee and brings it to my room (!)
- if i have a lot of work, she brings me some food (chocolate,etc.), she wants to make me more happy with jokes and conversation
- she really laughes at my jokes and she tries to make me laugh as well
- she aways keeps long eye contact
- she told me privately that she is not completely sure about her wedding yet
- she initiates conversations with me, tries to have my attention every day, wants to have coffee with me
- she compliments on my new clothes
- once she asked whether I already want a family

What do you think?

Hey bud,

Welcome to the forum.

This situation: I think her interactions with you are both friendly and platonic and you're seeing what you want to see.

You don't want to shit where you eat anyway, man... Much less with someone who's engaged. What a headache that is.

Here's your best bet: tell her to invite you out with her he next time she's getting drinks with her friend. Use this woman to score someone else - she seems willing to help and she seems to like you, so she'll probably sell you to the other chick pretty effectively.

She probably has some for of attraction towards you, an itch in the back of her head that's responding to your positive male qualities. You know that natural stuff.

That itch means absolutely nothing in comparison to loyalty, keeping her word, social conditioning and w.e. And Then you add on that You and her have been just having friendly conversations and interaction makes her your friend with a tiny attraction that can't on it's own possibly topple all of the rest of the stuff going on in her life.

If you want to sleep with her you can isolate her and attempt to escalate, but there are many risks. She'll have tremendous amounts of LMR and it may ruin the friendship you have, and fuck up your work environment. If she was so inclined she could claim your escalation as sexual harassment and then you'd lose your job and even possibly face criminal charges.

I suggest just using her to introduce you to other women. Make sure she knows looks play some importance because she may be one of those assholes who introduce guys to their ugly friends. Though some girls will try to impress you and get you a good looking girl.

Hi guys!

What would you answer to this girl at work?

She's my colleague, we flirt&talk a lot but we never had a date. She is in a serious relationship, talks about her boyfriend a lot. I will leave my workplace soon, in 1-2 weeks. Changing job, moving to Germany for a half year. I texted her that I signed my contract and the answer:

- I hate you! :P
Then she called me on the phone, and said: "I really hate you, I meant it." I think she was not joking, not sure.

Then we talked personally. I said:
- Dont hate me, why are you so nervous about my leaving? Its only 3-6 months anyway.
- Because you are the only cool person in this office.
- Then why dont you come with me? There are open positions (smiling).
- I told you I cant speak German.

What would you answer to that "I hate you"? Do you think she's attracted to me?? I am pretty sure that I am in the friend zone but this confused me.
