I was socially awkward all the way up to the end of H.S because of bullying and a hard childhood but ever since senior year I've began to change. I didn't care about the way I looked to other people but slowly I started getting it, looks may not be everything, but they play a major role in whether someone wants to be your friend or not. I went from beat up sneakers, sweats and gamer hoodies to designer shit and leather jackets. I bought myself a nice ride( Mustang GT) by myself and changed my life goals. I've come to learn the most important thing about impressing and attracting girls is knowing/being yourself. Who cares what other people look good in or what they do/say to girls. You are yourself and everyone has a different way. I've worked through all of my childhood issues. I now hold down a FT job and go to school. also holding a good GPA planning to transfer out to a college that offers good programs for corporate business and finance. I've been working out for 3 months and have already seen a vast improvement in my body which for starters helps my social image. I'm no Mr.Stealyogirl type yet though. My biggest problem; one that I'm currently working on is speech. I never no what to say and i'll say something stupid and will make me appear to be unconfident. To solve this I've been reading more books and watching more movies trying to take in more information to help my vocab and sentences flow more suave and charming like. I'm not perfect but i thought i should share my story in light to show others that we all start somewhere and change comes from nowhere but within yourself. - Mike |
