Im completely new to this, a total beginner. I lack confidence, I struggle when speaking to girls I like, I wouldn't even contemplate approaching someone - I have no idea where I would start, what would I speak about? I am 26, I have been in a number of reasonably long term relationships and have had a few one night stands but in my opinion luck was on my side for those. I have turned to this website to hopefully change my outlook and develop the confidence to choose my next girlfriend. Where do I begin? Any help would be fantastic and appreciated very much. |

You need to build your inner game first. I suggest the Attraction Code which is a cheap pdf. You'll go through a bunch of rejections which is fine just build up your self esteem usually takes about a month or 3. I haven't studied NLP like a lot of dudes on here, nor have I read any Kino books. I used the Dicarlo escalation ladder as a great basic for my touch. Get your hands on the dicarlo conversation cure to rid yourself of any talking sticking points. With those 3 tools you'll have an extremely natural and basic style which I think is best for beginners. My first book was double your dating which is great, but it lacks too much about the process for me to recommend. You don't want to try and memorize a bunch of techniques and routines for your PUA base because you'll have a hole in your personality. You also don't want to go for advanced things like MM or Stealth Seduction as a beginner because these programs are specialized in the types of women they work on. If you only learn how to seduce 1 time of woman at the begging, you might trick yourself into thinking you're a true player, and be stuck with those girls for the rest of your life. You'll need something on inner game FIRST. Then look into things like Kino escalation, body language, NLP, conversation techniques, female psychology, the various routines. Shit gets deep you can get into stuff like approaching directly vs indirectly, using appropriate sexual escalation, seeing the human mating matrix and knowing what step your on, arranging logistics, creating social circles, getting solid vs flaky numbers, relationship balancing and much more. To keep this simple: work on the inner game - kill approach anxiety - learn how to escalate touch on a woman so she is comfortable with sleeping with you - learn how to keep a conversation going forever - tack on advanced training. You should kill your approach anxiety during your inner game training. A simple way is to make it a rule to say hi to at least 1 person whom you've never spoken with each day. You don't have to worry about running routines just say hi and focus on you inner game training until you feel like it's solid. If you try for techniques first without inner game then when you run into all of the rejection and blowouts that come with this shit your confidence can be crushed. Even if you succeed you'll just be that same weakling, but with the ability to trick women into thinking your not. They'll see through you eventually and you'll never have a meaningful relationship. |
