Hey my name is John and I'm 24 years old. I'm currently living in Pennsylvania and am completely new to this kind of thing. I've never really developed any kind of pick-up method and am trying to learn now. I get pretty shy and nervous when it comes to meeting girls, although I tend to relax after a little. I enjoy going to the gym, playing basketball, and learning Italian just for a few hobbies. I would like to become more confident around women, and also just more confident in my life. I feel that this may be my biggest weakness that I can hide sometimes, but not when it comes to women. |

The best way to build Confidence with women is to go out and experience many women and be in many situations with women. Start today. Go out, say hello to new women and just be social. You will gain a little Confidence by doing this. PUA and Confidence is like a Snow ball rolling down hill, as long as you keep trying you will pick up speed and get bigger, which is this case better. |
