Can my Body Compensate for my Face? I started to organize my life and started to improve the last few weeks. But i still feel that my looks are holding me back. Right now I am skiny and short, and my face is not attractive. I would like to know: if I work hard in the gym and eat right, and after all that get a "perfect body", will that be enough to make up for me not being born beautiful/handsome? what's the highest a guy like me can expect to climb on the looks scale from 1 to 10? I consider myself a 2 right now. With fashion, diet, grooming and fitness, is a 9 or 10 in terms of looks unatainable? |

Don't ponder on how you rate yourself instead just assume these women are into you. If you're truly as ugly as you say you are then yeah a great body is definitely going to push you up a few points. Either way a handsome face can go a long way for an LTR but pure fuckable if you look fit, lean and have a six pack a chick is automatically going to think you're going to be more fun and enjoyable than the pudgy handsome guy. |

It's not physical attractiveness that you should be focusing on, it's your perceived value in the eyes of the women. you're appearance is only a very small fraction of the formula women use to determine a person's value. That being said, a healthy body is the most attractive based on my experience. If you're tall and natural skinny, don't bother with going to the gym and using machines- they ruin your flexibility and the same results can be achieved with much less time and effort. I'm 6'2 and went from being 120 lbs, skinny and bony to a healthy 145 lbs, well-toned, highly flexible body in just two months using nothing but bodyweight exercises. look up thing's like "6-pack in 30 days" challenges (they're everywhere) and since you have a naturally high metabolism, you can do alternating bodyparts every day, 6 days a week for just 30-45 mins a day, and you'll be seeing improvement every single week. |
