22 year old from Norway here, been enjoying the lurk around the forums for a while but figured it was time to sign up and participate as I've improved myself a lot - and a lot of that is thanks to you guys!
Quick about me; My last girlfriend broke up with me about 10 years ago, so basically I’ve been single my whole life. Ended up being a sweaty, nerdy gamer in my teens until about ~18 months ago, when I finally decided that it was time to grow up and actually be able to both socialize properly with all people and especially women. Before I was twenty I had a couple sexual encounters, and now I’m closing in on the second dozen – but I have yet to score above a 5...

So, I’m not naturally good looking. I’ve accepted that, and I then make the effort to be as attractive as I can be. It certainly helps, as now that I’m a way more confident dude I do see a lot of girls “turning their heads”, checking me out and certainly I see more IOI’s all around. But, I’m not yet _there_, where I can properly game all the opportunities that present themselves.
Cutting way down on the weed that I’ve been puffing for 5-6 years in addition to a lot of general self-improvement fixed a lot of my anxiety issues – and learning PUA properly really appeals to me as I deem it one of the most important things I can do to continue improving myself. I've known about nofap for some years, but after reading a thread about it here made me go for it for the first time about a month ago.
