Hi, I'm 16 and have been obsessed with Pick-up for the past 4-5 months. I started off watching YouTube videos from Adam Lyons, who I still love and watch all of his stuff and read his books. I also watch Richard La Ruina and Jason Capital and I read their newsletters. I do really well with girls right now, I'm confident and excited about life but girls normally come to me and what I want is to be confident in my ability to talk to any girl and pull. What's the best way to get involved in this forum and maybe my local PUA community? I have take into account that I am 16 so going to clubs and bars is not really an option for me right now but Pick-up still fascinates me as I'm sure it does for everyone else on the forum. As for my aims, I aim to be High Status, confident and happy with my ability to pull girls and just enjoy the journey of learning this amazing skill. |

Your school would be the best place to start with your new social skills. Take is easy and work on meeting new people and getting into their social circle. You do not need to go right after the girls, be cool and normal and you can work on making yourself attractive, the rest will come. At 16, Cold Approaching can be weird, I know. Keep working on improving your self and make it apart of your life to met new people, men and women. |

Wow, thank you!! That makes a lot of sense and I've actually been thinking of something along those lines, but as you noted I do just focus on the girls instead of looking at the bigger picture. My idea was to keep more girls as friends rather than going after every single female I come in contact with, but befriending more lads and joining new social circles is absolutely something I'm definitely going to do. Also, my school is all-boys but I get what your saying anyway. |
