| Post subject: | Texting after a date |
Hi guys, I really need some advice. I met a girl and went on a date. We had a couple of drinks and it went well....but I waited at the bus stop with her (tring to be a gentleman) and at the bus stop she seemed not that into me! I texted her around 45 minutes later saying: “Hey, did you get home ok?” She replied: “Yes I did. Thank you for a lovely evening xxx” I did not reply to her after....but am thinking of messaging her tomorrow? Is this her polite way of saying thanks but I don't want to see you again? Or is there a chance I can see her again? Should I message her tomorrow? What should I message her tomorrow? Please let me know guys. Your advice will be much appreciated! |

Wow, wait...what? i can't really understand where you pulled that out from, but ok...i don't know why would "thank you for a lovely evening" mean she doesn't want to see you again I met a girl and went on a date. If you ask me...no, don't message her right away. wait a couple of days, the day after tomorrow is alright. Just don't make her feel as you are rushing things. About what to message...basically anything, doesn't matter really |

If you like her, ask her out again. This isn't rocket science. |

(I forgot my login details - so this is the first time logging back in since writing this!) Just to let you guys know she was keen after and we went on 4 more dates. I live at home with my parents (sad I know - but London is very expensive!) so never 'sealed the deal' but we made out a bit and had some fun in other places, haha! Things died down for several months however we recently messaged and have arranged a date for tomorrow. Let me know if you are interested in how it goes! |
