Ok so for an introduction, >i live in the Council Bluffs, IA/ Omaha, NE area >im 23, bout to hit 24 >i have read off and on, but never finished, the book The Game, and have been reading PUA material off and on ever since >i have been studying pick up since i started reading The Game, so about five years; but i have never really actually practiced any of it >dont have any favorite pick up methods...yet >i guess my hobbies would be video games, working out, and drinking >my goals would be to better myself, not just with women but to boost my confidence to improve every aspect of my life >for a bit of a back story, i have never really had much luck with women, and with the little luck i have had not much has happened. im not very social, and its very hard for me to meet new people and to let them into my life because of that; but i hope to change that with the help of this cite and the people on here! |

Welcome! The more you practice the better you will get at socializing and stuff. Plenty of help here on the forums for that too. |

Welcome to the community! It's not all about getting the girl, it's mostly about you! The best place you can start is with yourself; the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. You need to build that confidence as much as you can by what is known as 'Inner-Game'. Best way to do that is to smile, feel and look good; Incorporate grooming standards for yourself. Eat well and be well. If you think it's tricky, just fake it till you make it. Put yourself in situation outside of your usual comfort zones and expand them. Let a few good people into your life and get out with them, to a bar or club and get the approach methods you hear about into practice. The more you do that the better you'll cope with rejection and approach anxiety. "Don't be good, be excellent!" Happy going man! Benji89 |
