Hi guys, I'm a 21 year old virgin living in the Netherlands with some social issues and never had any physical experience with women. I think the biggest factor for my problems (depressions and anxiety disorders) are because I don't enjoy (hate!) going out late at clubs or party's or having a lot of people around. I have some very close friends and enjoy my scientific study and doing fitness. To help myself getting more social with women and filling a little gap in my life I've decided to do PUA techniques like Paul Janka does. Hereby I also wanted to introduce Paul Janka in case you didn't know him. I chose to follow PJ because his techniques are simple, it doesn't cost you any money and you can do it everywhere at anytime. He promises more hits by doing daygame rather than going out late for legit reasons. He also 'forces' you not to spend more than 2 minutes on one girl, so you can get a lot of numbers very quickly. He wrote two books called Attraction Formula and Getting Laid in NYC. I'll also tell my thoughts and what I learned. It will probably be called something like 'My PUA Diary' by LC21.
