Soldier girl? sound sexy to me. ha ha ha. Well, i like girls that know how to fight. Yeah, i believe you have issue with your confidence with girls. Me too have huge AA not just on hb but on strangers about 4 months ago. But through constant practice, i no longer have that huge AA anymore. This is how i done it:
For the first stage, it is the mindset renew. My mindset now is (feel free to create ur mindset but it should contain about not fuqing care about rejection and girl reaction):
-"Its is not to get the girls, it is to get rid of the huge AA. Rejection and whatever response they have on me is irrelevant. As long as i can say 'hi' to them while looking at them, even if they ignore it, it's fine"
The second stage is the action. Here i just say "hi" to any Hb i can see. I know its tough. I feel like dying inside. Putting a smile, raising the hand and saying 'hi' loudly is so freaking hell. Everyday, i make sure to say 'hi' to any 3 HB that i saw (hb6-hb9) everyday. But since we boys are more fear on hb10, i suggest u start with hb7 or hb6 first (since u say ur AA skyrocket on hb8, right?). I suggest you you-tube Sasha Daygame for more info and read books about Art of approaching by thundercat (it's available in slideshare and torrent. ha ha ha)
The third stage is opening stage. This is where i am now. Here, i just need to use any opener on 1 hb6-hb9 and stay on the conversation for just a 10second-1minute, per day. Nervous? i know, i try my best to make my opener sound funny and friendly as possible even at that time, i am shacking and i believe the girl notice that. hahaha. I eject as soon as i can since i have achieve that objective on opening the girl.
