I'm 22y/o from longview texas. I have been socially akward my whole life. Because of recent events, I've decided to change myself for the better. The biggest thing standing in my way, is my horribly small social circle. I used to only like being around a few people, those people have since moved on, while I still haven't. I have a fear of going to places, such as bars/clubs, I know I need to get over that fear. I would like to hear any suggestions, on how to get into a new social circle. |

Welcome to the forum. I am in the same boat as you. I believe we cannot change our lives overnight but we can change a few things we do everyday that could help change our lives for the better. |
